Your information.
Handled with care.

ABARA Marketing LLC is a Los Angeles marketing studio. This page explains how we handle information collected through this website. For questions or privacy requests, email Abaramarketinggroup@gmail.com.
Project forms and correspondence
When you send the Get started form, we collect your name, business name, email address, description of your business and the people it serves, plus any optional contact details, links, goals, service interests and timing you provide. We use these details to review your request, respond and discuss a possible project. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive records.
Before you press Send your brief, your entries stay in the current browser tab. The form then sends your brief to our Hostinger hosting server and through Resend to ABARA’s inbox. Our email providers process that correspondence. Sending a brief does not subscribe you to marketing emails, make a payment or require you to book a call. A successful form response means our email provider accepted the brief for delivery; it is not a guarantee of inbox delivery or a response by a particular time.
We use short-lived rate-limit counters and private submission references to reduce spam and prevent duplicate sends. The application stores keyed hashes rather than raw IP addresses in those counters. Private retry records contain a request reference, a fingerprint, delivery status and timestamps, not the contents of your brief. Hostinger may separately keep access and security logs, including IP addresses and browser information.
Booking a conversation
The embedded calendar is operated by Zoom. Loading it connects your browser to Zoom; booking shares the details you enter with Zoom and ABARA for scheduling and meeting communications. Zoom may use cookies or similar technologies under its own settings and privacy statement. You can also contact us by email instead of using the calendar.
Newsletter choices
Newsletter signup is optional and separate from project inquiries. When you choose to sign up, your email address and subscription preference are processed through Resend for ABARA updates. You can use Unsubscribe or contact us to stop those emails. An opted-out address is not silently subscribed again through our public signup form. Resend may retain an unsubscribed contact to honor that choice. See Resend’s privacy policy for its service practices.
Browser settings and service providers
The site remembers your motion preference and newsletter prompt choice in local storage. Session storage records whether the newsletter prompt was shown in this tab so it is not repeatedly displayed. You can clear these browser settings in your browser. Project-form answers are not saved in local storage or session storage. Hostinger and our email providers process information needed to operate the site and deliver correspondence. Google Fonts receives technical requests when the site loads its typefaces. Video examples and other assets are delivered from our hosting. We have not added advertising pixels or site analytics scripts to this website. Browser Do Not Track signals do not change the features described here; embedded providers have their own practices.
Keeping information and your choices
We retain project correspondence as needed to handle the inquiry, carry out an agreed project and meet recordkeeping obligations. Minimal private retry records are kept to prevent repeat sends. Expired application rate-limit counters are periodically removed. Hosting, email and booking providers manage their own service records under their policies.
To ask about, correct or request deletion of information you provided to ABARA, email Abaramarketinggroup@gmail.com. We may need to confirm that the request concerns your information. We will explain if records need to be retained for an obligation, an active project or an unsubscribe preference. You can browse without submitting a form or booking a call.

Portfolio links open independently operated websites, whose privacy practices apply there. We will update this page when our practices change and provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate.
