This website introduces the services and work of ABARA Marketing LLC, a Los Angeles marketing studio. These terms describe ordinary use of the website. Questions can be sent to Abaramarketinggroup@gmail.com.

Using the website

You may browse our work and contact us about a project. Use the site lawfully and submit only information you are authorized to share. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material or use its forms to send spam.

Project inquiries and booking

Service descriptions provide an overview. Sending the project form or booking a conversation does not reserve a service, authorize a payment, create a project contract or guarantee availability or delivery timing. No call is required after you send the form. We review inquiries and discuss the next steps with you.

Scope, deliverables, fees, timing, responsibilities and ownership or licensing terms are set out in a separate written project agreement before work begins. A form confirmation records provider acceptance of the message for delivery; it does not establish a project agreement.

Content and project ownership

The content, artwork, videos and trademarks shown on this website belong to their respective owners. Viewing the site does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reuse protected material. Contact us if you would like to reuse ABARA content. Ownership and permitted use of new project deliverables are addressed in the agreement for that project.

Outside services

Zoom operates the booking calendar and provides its booking and meeting communications under its own terms. Portfolio links lead to separately operated websites. Their operators’ terms and privacy practices apply. External services and links may change or become unavailable.

Newsletter and privacy

Newsletter signup is optional and separate from project inquiries. Selecting the signup consent box requests ABARA studio updates, handled through Resend. You can unsubscribe at any time or contact us. Our Privacy Policy explains the project form, booking calendar, newsletter and other information handling.
